3 beautiful antique salt dips from 1890 -  800 GERMAN SILVER Jugendstil Art Nouveau period. 


The artist and maker was Wolfers Freres. The markings on the bottom are the triangle with 3 stars (Wolfers Freres), the crescent & crown and the 800 in the rectangle. 

These belonged to a prominent Archaeologist in Germany, Ernest Von Herzog. (23 November 1834 -16 November 1911) He was a German classical philologist and archaeologist who was an expert in the field of Roman Epigraphy. 

1 3/4" diameter x 1" tall Beautiful handmade detail on these.
