The plant I ship is about 2-3ft tall. 

This small evergreen brushy shrub's unopened white flowers has a shape and looks like musical notes! Additionally, when the flowers open, it is a showy flower that has red stamens, with yellow pollen on the pistils, that look like butterflies!!

This African native plant is a perfect landscaping plant that is super easy to grow, as it blooms in full sun or even in shade (but best in light shade) and can grow from a balanced liquid fertilizer monthly, is fast growing, has a medium salt tolerance, and even tolerates a little drought! This perennial grows to be about 4 feet high and 3 feet wide and is perfect for an accent bush!! It is hardy in Zones 9-11. 

Musical Notes Clerodendrum is slow to leaf out in spring and seems to wait until summer to do so at which point it immediately sets to making new foliage and flower buds. In some areas it may remain evergreen but has not done so for us. It has a naturally compact habit and makes a nice addition to the shrub border in mild winter climates but doesn't tolerate temperatures much below 30F. This is an excellent and easy plant for container culture as well.

Fertilizer that I include as an option is an excellent choice for professional growers or nurseries if you grow plant in a pot. I personally use it for all my plants. It has polymer coating to allow slow release during 8-9 months evenly. You don't have to worry about repotting the plant for about 1 year or worry about burning plant with your regular over the counter fertilizer. You need about 3-4oz per 3 gal pot or 4-5oz per 5 gal pot.
