$2 Bill from the Bicentennial year, 1976. Margins on the bill are slightly off, bias to the right on obverse, left on reverse. Green Dept. of Treasury seal is misprinted, top of seal comes up above the word "Two", right hand serial number is printed higher than typical bills of this year. Circulated condition. Rare markings or "misprints" along with misalignment. Prices for these are all over the place, make a reasonable offer and I'll consider.
