Most orders are with you within 2-3 working days. Some of our multiple listings has a guide pictures only.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 1-3 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday), bigger items might take longer. All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy. Please return (within 30 days from delivery date) your incorrect item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Any used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage caused in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as "DAMAGED". This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier, if this is not adhered to claims for damage against the courier cannot be made.

The Buyer is responsible for all return costs. We will also charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Please mark your eBay name on the outside of the package.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected.

Any damages must be reported to us ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after will be dismissed for a claim.

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.
