Do you offer programming?

If you need programming, we first suggest you contact your local radio dealer. If you cannot, we can hire a radio programmer to program your radios. The cost is $25 per radio with a $100 minimum charge. The programming is limited to 16 conventional channels unless an existing code plug is provided. You can request programming after placing your order. Please keep in mind, that our programming vendor will not program GMRS, FRS, or MURS frequencies.

For a variety of legal and technical reasons, we do not program radios.

What is your return policy?

You can return an item 30 days from the purchase date. We will provide an exchange or money back for any reason (excluding damage caused by buyer). We also pay return shipping and do not charge restocking fees. For international returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Where will my order ship from?

Your order will ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Wantagh, New York, which is located in Western Long Island.

Do you charge sales tax?

EBay charges applicable sales tax in your state. For eBay orders, we have no control how sales tax is charged as it's determined by eBay. If you are sales tax exempt, you must contact eBay for an exemption.

Is your warranty transferable if I resell your items?

Yes, but the warranty start date begins when you purchased the item from us.

Do you allow local pickups?

Due to Covid, insurance, and security protocols, we do not allow local pickups. For certain heavy items, like repeaters, our staff will schedule local pickup and drop-off appointments in the Long Island area. If an item is eligible for local pickup or drop off, the itemâs description will state so.

Do you have more of an item? What is the available quantity?

Our listings are current with the items and quantities available for sale on eBay only. Keep in mind, we also sell via our award-winning website and directly to radio dealers via our wholesale program. Based on our overall inventory demand, our eBay inventory will be adjusted accordingly.
