Used toy disclosure

This item is sold as is in used condition. All plush is either machine or hand washed AFTER they have spent 3 full days in a bag inside of a car in the hot sun( this is the best way to insure they are completely sanitized and clean for a new owner) I do t purchase any plush that can’t be washed. pay close attention to pictures for wear and tear there are no returns and ask questions before purchasing or request further pictures if you would like I am happy to oblige this item is sold from a smoke free pet free environment. This is a used toy that was played with, so expect scuffs and other infractions from play and other normal wear and tear such a small stains or spots. Build a bear clothing or doll clothes expect pilling from normal play.

Postal delays

Due to the continued delays of the US Postal Service all items will not be refunded for delays until the Postal Service deems the package lost, if the package is still considered in transit,(no matter how long it takes) a refund will not be given until the package is deemed lost. Postal delays have no guaranteed delivery days right now for first class and priority mail.
