Our products are shipped with SDA or GLS express courier, large household appliances with Fercam courier. Delivery will take place exclusively on working days, the courier makes the first delivery without notice.

RETURN
The customer has the right to open an eBay return within 30 days of receiving the goods and GrandinGroup will send the Customer instructions for proceeding with the return. The product must be in perfect condition, packaged in an additional box to avoid damage during transport as well as in its original Integra packaging, complete with all its accessories. Furthermore, in order to issue the credit note and proceed with the refund, the customer must provide his/her tax code. Once the returned goods have been received, GrandinGroup reserves the right to check whether the product is in the same condition in which it was sent and refund accordingly.
