I am offering for sale this clean Fine Stanley Bailey No 6 Type 18 Planes Ca. 1946-1947 Woodworking Plane Inv#JG20

This is a Ca. 1946-47 Stanley Bailey No 6 Type 18 Woodworking Bench Plane.  It is very clean condition for its age. The japanning is in good condition with only minor chipping for age. The plane measures approximately 18" L x 3" W. The cutter has a notched Stanley logo Made in USA, it measures: 7-3/4" x 2-3/8". It weighs 6.12 lbs. I always suggest sharpening for optimal use. Rosewood tote and knob are in fine used condition, no cracks or repairs. It is ready to go to work for you.
