Raw coins are guaranteed for authenticity only. I do not guarantee grades on raw coins. If I suggest a grade that is my opinion only. I do provide high resolution images and try to take my photos so that possible defects can be seen unlike many sellers who use lighting to hide defects. It is highly recommended to have proper knowledge of grading and pricing when bidding on raw coins so that you can determine your own grade and valuation of the coin yourself. All raw coins are sold as is! To ensure customer satisfaction returns are accepted for 30 days. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please bid accordingly.
30 Day returns on almost all items except for bulk mixed lots which are sold as is with no returns. Because precious metals prices are volatile, bullion related (gold/silver) returns are not accepted.
NO Partial refunds for any reason. If you are not satisfied with an item, it must be returned undamaged and fully intact in the same holder and in the same condition it was shipped to you. Once the item is returned AND has been inspected then a refund will be issued.
Disagreement with the grade of an NGC or PCGS certified coin is not a valid reason for a return.
Domestic shipping in the USA:
Multiple purchases paid for at the same time within eight days will be combined with only one shipping charge, which will be the highest shipping charge of all the items purchased.
Coins under $20 will be shipped with eBay Standard Envelope Service which is a First Class Letter delivered by USPS with a special label provided by eBay. If you purchase multiple lots and each price is under $20 and the total is under $50 they will be combined and shipped this way and there may be up to 5 shipments depending on how many coins and the weight. If there are multiple shipments then I will send a message that will tell you which coins are associated with each tracking number.
***IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ***
eBay Standard Enveloped is automated and your letter will only be handled by your mail delivery person. The tracking number will start with "ESUS". The letters are imaged by sort machines at USPS Sort Facilities and automatically tracking is updated when imaged. On occasion the tracking does not update at all. When the letter reaches the last sort facility or your post office it is automatically updated to show "Out For Delivery" followed by "Delivered" even though the letter may still be at that sort facility or your local post office. Your carrier does not scan the letter when delivered as they would a Ground Advantage or Priority Package. If you see it says delivered and it has not then please be patient as it will probably be delivered later that day or in the next few days. Once it says delivered eBay considers it delivered and it becomes your responsibility to secure your mail. So if you think it is lost you need to ask your carrier to look for it. I can provide an image of the letter to aid in locating your letter if you contact me. This image will help the carrier remember seeing the letter or not. If the carrier doesn't remember seeing it then it most likely is still at your post office or at the last sort facility. If you are not OK with these terms then you have the option to pay for USPS USPS Ground Advantage Package Service when you checkout which will have proper USPS tracking.
Any single items over $20 and multiple items totaling over $50 will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and value.

Since eBay changed their International Shipping Program, coins, stamps and currency can no longer be shipped Internationally.
Payments:
