Our deposit system

Step 1 You buy a deposit item from us, such as an injection nozzle.

step 2 First pay only the purchase amount via eBay. You can then transfer the deposit amount to the bank. return address etc. everything is shown.

Step 4 You send your old part back to us together with the completed goods return form with sufficient postage. The shipping costs for returning old parts must be borne by the customer. The old parts must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Step 5 After we receive your old part, you will usually receive your deposit amount back within 4-5 working days. We cannot accommodate installation/expansion and any additional costs.
