These are brand new OEM trap end caps for HyGain and Cushcraft Yagi and HyGain Vertical antennas needing 1 5/8" on the trap end and the tubing end is 7/8" . These are a nice tight fit! The plastic flashing from manufacturing sometimes needed to be cleaned from the inside edge of the cap to get them to be a nice slide on fit, I ran a knife blade on the inside edge to clean any flashing. see pictures for how nice these fit. The idea is a tight fit to keep weather out!
HyGain and Cushcraft have made antennas for decades so it is absolutely UP TO YOU to measure your traps and make sure these will fit. Couldn't you just use electrical tape over your cracked trap end caps? Sure, if you don't mind intermittent high SWR.
DO IT RIGHT >> replace those damage, cracked, broken trap covers!
Antennas are getting VERY expensive, it's a good thing to rebuild YOUR antenna with these caps and save money.
Again - one side is 1 5/8" and the other side is 7/8".
I have personally used these on my HyGain Explorer 14 and a TH-3 (not JR).

*What if these don't fit whatever you're trying to put them on? Measure your traps, These caps are 7/8" on element side, 1 5/8" on the trap side. Since I don't own YOUR antenna, it is YOUR job to measure what you have.
*What if you write to me and ask if your model antenna traps will fit these caps? I will tell you to measure your traps!
