To ensure a pleasant experience and compliance with all digital laws and rights, please carefully read the terms and conditions below:

1. Copyright and Personal Use:

   • The digital files offered are protected by copyright.
     
   • Your purchase grants you the right to use the files exclusively for specific personal or commercial purposes only through the specific CNC machine product as specified in the listing.

2. Prohibition of Redistribution and Unauthorized / Anauthorized Modifications:

   • Redistribution or subsequent sale of digital files WITHOUT FUNCTIONAL MODIFICATIONS (RELATED TO SPECIFIC CNC MACHINE) to other persons without our express consent is strictly prohibited.
   • CLIENT modifications of the files are ACCEPTED but only for operation on the client's SPECIFIC CNC MACHINE
   • The client can sell any finished products with my dxf file and with any modifications for his CNC machine.
   •  Good luck with the sales!

3. Virus and Malware-Free:

   • We assure you that all digital files are checked and clean, free from viruses or malware.
   • At the moment there are no viruses for the dxf digital file type. (processing file on the machine tool)
   • In addition, the dxf file can be opened with notepad and looks like a text file
   • The memory stick will be formatted before putting all the information on it. Files will not be archived. The visors will be clean both online and locally with antiviruses

     
     
     
     

4. Limited Support and Assistance:

   • We provide a specific level of support and assistance after purchase.

8. Digital Delivery Terms:

   • The DXF files will be sent to a memory stick the time of purchase on the eBay platform.
   • The buyer contacts your seller to arrange to Shipping and handling at the physical address (delivery will be via memory stick)

2.       Delivery Time:

   • You will receive the The DXF files will be sent to a memory stick  as soon as possible, usually within [as specified on ebay] after completing the purchase.

3. Instructions for Accessing the Files:

   • Open the received email and directly download the DXF files. If you encounter difficulties, please follow the detailed instructions below.

4. File Protection and Safety:

   • The memory stick and DXF files and other files are secure and do not contain viruses or malware.

5. Technical Support:
