A beautiful pair of Frank Wright "Silver Stud" Veldtschoen shoes made with real ZUG leather. These are an army purchase and were previously owned by an Officer in the British Army, and were his back-up pair. Hence their unworn condition.

Veldtschoen shoes are the perfect footwear for wet and muddy countryside terrain. They are also perfect for walking in towns and cities. They probably don't get much better than this.

These Frank Wright veldtschoen shoes are really well-made. They are a classic British shoe and are ideal for military enthusiasts and stylish dressers alike. I own another pair and they're up there with other veldtschoen shoes by British shoemakers like Cheaney, Trickers, Tecnic, Lotus, Crockett & Jones, Hawkins, etc.

Size: 6.5 - these are a standard fit.

Condition is UNWORN. Very minor storage marks. External and internal leathers are excellent. The full bellows tongues are excellent. Stitching is immaculate throughout. All round, these are a beautiful and robust shoe.

Shoe trees not included.

I have conditioned the leather uppers with a light application of dubbin for added waterproofing. I find this method suits ZUG leather best, and avoids hard and unnecessary wax polish finishes.
