The fast charging feature works with your authentic fast wall charger plug, which is connected via a usb cable. The Dingo is built with a safety protection charging feature to ensure safe charging. Important things to remember when charging:

Use correct voltage with plug (original plug that came with phone, most plugs/wall chargers bought online have fake specs)

Never charge through another device like a laptop, only from the wall socket. (Incorrect voltage can cause over heating)

Metal and Magnets can affect the unit. It is best not to have metal in the case and do not put the wireless charger near any speakers ( Magnets ) or electrical equipment that emits an electrical field.

Thick cases are not suitable where the coils are struggling to charge based on distance between coils in the phone and coils in the wireless charger.
