This bicycle appears to be new in box, HOWEVER it was brought to my attention that the foot pedals on the bike are not “attached”. They are included! I thought that was by design and you would attach them but apparently that isn’t the case. I do NOT know and therefore it is being sold “AS IS” NO REFUNDS or RETURNS
