• Cosmetic Condition and Photo Reference:

• Product listings include pictures to visually represent the cosmetic condition of the items.

• Similar-condition items are grouped together, and the exact item received may vary from the one shown in the photo.

• Customer Responsibility:

• It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the purchased part is correct for their application before completing the purchase.

• UK Mobility Parts will not be held responsible for incorrect purchases if customers fail to check the compatibility of the parts.

• Professional Installation Advised:

• We strongly advise that all purchased parts be fitted by a professional.

• Certain items may require specialist equipment for installation and may pose a risk if incorrectly fitted.

• Returns Policy:

• Returns will be accepted within 14 days if the customer changes their mind.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

• Anti-Tamper Measures:

• All parts come with anti-tamper stickers and, in some cases, anti-tamper paint.

• Customers must ensure these measures are intact when returning items.

• Sealed Packaging:

• Items received in sealed packaging must be returned unopened if the customer wishes to exercise their 14-day cooling off period.
