DIRECTIONS
This product is very strong. If you have never taken this product before, you may want to start with 1/2 capsule. Place under tongue for quickest results or in 2 oz of juice or water. Normal dosage is 1 capsule. Absolutely do not take more than 1 capsules in a 24 hour period. Be sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.
