Like with all EBSCO clothes, and since as it’s a sample fashion line, this dress does not have internal label giving details of the fabric. For this reason I guesstimate this dress to be made of some sort of polyester blend. But this dress so reminds of the 1920s with the low waistline and the frilly skirt at the bottom. The other feature that makes this dress so unique is of course the cold shoulder long sleeves - so feminine! And it comes from a smoke free environment.
