These are awesome vintage unbranded small 100% Brush Nylon pants in a dark navy blue with white pinstripes. These are in vintage deadstock condition, new without tags. We found these at a sporting goods store that had closed down in the early 90s. These have that "crushed velvet" feel and are considered a unisex pant.They have an elastic waistband and one rear pocket. Measurements are below.
