PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of purchase unless an agreement is made prior to purchase.
Non-Paying Buyers- Non-paying buyers are reported to eBay and blocked from future transactions.
Canceled Transactions - If a buyer requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions.
BIDDING on Auctions
Retracting Bids - Bids can be canceled through the HELP section of eBay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.
Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to eBay.

All my items are packaged with care.
Items that ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail do not include insurance. Items that ship via USPS Priority Mail will be insured up to $100. If damage occurs during transit and the item was insured, I will be happy to assist with the claims process.
Please note: I do not control shipping costs. Postage costs are determined by the post office based on weight, size, and how many zones you are away from my location. I do not charge handling fees.
