Vintage Retro MCM Wall Mounted Metal Light Fixture Pulley Rope. A magnet sticks to the metal so assuming some type of steel. Shade in overall good condition, needs a better cleaning. The black spots are coming off so no paint chipping. There is wear on the gold colored rims though. Not sure what the pulley piece is made of. Very heavy, almost feels like stone or concrete. Has some paint chips. The wall mount is some type of cast that a magnet does not stick to. It also has some paint chips. The rope is fraying near top of lamp fixture. The piece that the rope ends in on top of lamp has a lot of paint wear. Hangs 14" out from wall but arm swings to move, if desired. Wall mount is just under 8" long. Shade is 6 1/4" tall, top diameter 7", bottom 10 1/2". The weight of the pulley allows the fixture to adjust to height and stay. The lowest it can go from top is about 26" (to top of fixture). That is where the on/off switch hits the mounting bracket.  The brown cord is an additional 10ft., 5 in. Hopefully pictures give you a general idea.
