The inside is in quite nice condition for age and use.  I am assuming the exterior is vinyl. It has some staining,  some creases,  scratches etc. These should be visible in the pictures.  The combination lock opens and closes at "000", not sure how you change that. The hardware has surface wear and tarnishing.  The hardware on the bottom is starting to rust.  I am happy to send any additional pictures of areas you would like to see closer. It weighs 4 lb, 7 oz.
