They're are some holes in the Paper,  as well as wrinkles.  It is 38" total height,  31" umbrella height and spreads to a 50" diameter. It weighs 1 lb, 13 oz. Pictures should give good idea of overall condition. I am happy to send any additional pictures of areas you would like to see closer.
