Dispatch time - All parts under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class, larger parts are sent out by courier, and are usually sent out within 24 hours of received payment but please note that there may be some delays. All items should be received within 7 days in the UK, and 21 days overseas unless otherwise stated. Collection and Fitting - If you would like to collect any part, or have it fitted, please contact me and this can be arranged. I recommend that all parts are fitted by a trained BMW technician to avoid any damage to the part, or your car. Returns - If for any reason you would like to return the item you purchased, this must be done within 7 days of receiving the item. There will also be a 25% surcharge off of your item original total cost (which includes postage, packaging, restocking and relisting) unless the part is faulty.
