This listing is for a Braided Leather Bolo with a metal medallion on the front from Blue Springs Plantation near Albany, Georgia. Included is the original cloth bag. 

Blue Springs Plantation is today a 7,000+ acre plantation know for its excellent Quail Hunting. Blue Springs Plantation was at one time owned by the oil magnate W. Alton Jones who died in a plane crash. 

The medallion measures 1 7/16" across.This bolo is probably from the 1950s or 1960s. It appears unused with some discoloration on the back side. The cloth bag has some stains.
