The evolving image of flappers was of independent young women who went by night to jazz clubs where they danced provocatively, smoked cigarettes and dated freely, perhaps indiscriminately.

This flapper dress is gorgeous, with rows and rows of back fringe that is sewn on the dress vertically, in tiers. As you move or dance the fringe swings back and forth.

No tears, rips, or stains, no flaws on this dress. Made of 100% Polyester .
