Vintage McCall's 5744 men's sewing pattern designed by John Weitz to make a classic trench coat, raincoat and thigh-length car coat with a detachable button-out lining. Available in Men's Size 48. Pattern is uncut with factory folds but please read full condition notes below. OOP pattern copyright 1977. I have other John Weitz patterns from the same era listed for sale.

Men's Coat or Jacket and Detachable Lining: Buttoned coat or jacket has back yoke, back vent, collar and hooked neckband; detachable lining is buttoned. Coat A or B fronts and backs are half-lined with self fabric. Pockets, yoke shields, sleevebands and optional buckled belt and buttoned epaulettes are interchangeable.

Fits 48" (122cm) chest, 44" (112cm) waist, 49" (124cm) hip.

Condition: Pattern is uncut with factory folds. Slightly musty odor from storage. Envelope has brown spotting (foxing) and storage wear. Pattern number is circled on front in ink.
