Measures about 14-3/4"w and hole is about 3/8".

Shade itself has no chips or cracks but hole has some tiny fleabites (see photo).

Includes metal piece that screws onto ceiling fixture but it has some discolored spots (see photo).

I only charge actual shipping costs determined by weight, size & destination zip code - I have NO control over them!

I reduce shipping charges when more than one item is purchased at the same time & if items can safely be shipped together.
