This is issue 1 of comics magazine ‘Bleeding Cool’, cover dated November 2012. The most notable aspect of this issue is an interview with comics legend Alan Moore.

I'm no expert on grading comics but I'd say that these, while they have been read, are in generally very good condition and have been bagged and boarded.
