VTG 2000 SCOOBY DOO SHAGGY ANIMATED TELEPHONE HALLOWEEN GRAVEYARD FOR PARTS!! The phone part has not been tested. When you hit the on switch, you can hear a motor trying to do something, but nothing lights up and their heads don't move, so this is being listed as for parts not working. Sounds like a part is loose on the inside. Is a little dusty in crevices. "C" batteries are not included. Please see photos for condition.
