Panasonic KX-TGA101S Cordless Phone Handset !! Not Turning On !!

Can't figure out how to turn this phone on. I've charged up some Panasonic branded rechargeable batteries but it still won't turn on.

Phone is a bit dirty and has scratches throughout.

Selling the phone only, no batteries or charging base.
