Handcrafted by Mary Lou Bell - red/green Scotch plaid velour fabric. There is a thin leather strap around the neck holding a leather patch reading "scotch." There is a tag on the bottom showing, "An original by Mary Lou Bell."
Black eyes - tightly stuffed. Not a toy.
Dimensions: sitting position: 17" high - standing position: 32" high. Sits well.
It is 19-1/2" wide.
