This rare WWI vintage US Army Medical sterling silver locket ring is accompanied with a beautiful love note inside (appears to be written with a fountain pen) making it a truly unique and sentimental piece. The locket ring is designed with a military theme, featuring the Army force and medic corps emblem. The note was folded and tucked in the ring box.
