Admiral by Monjibox, using 4 different sizes tubes: Z5660M made in Germany, IN8-2 made in Russia, ZM1080 made in Great Britain and Z5900M again from Germany.

Each group of 2 tubes can be configured to show any of: hour, min, sec, hundredths of a second, day, month, year, day of week in any order. Few predefined templates but also a user fully customizable one. In pictures HHMMSSmm.

*Hundredths of a second are not 100% accurate due to Nixies activation delay, so you can't use this  device as race counter device :)
