Unusual Vintage Straw Hat w Sheep Goat Figure Mouse Spider Bucket Beads~Woodoo ? It's about 22" for the inner circumference.  Any help identifying the item purpose is appreciated. The goat leans a little bit, there is a little damage on the rim as shown in last pic. Or else it's in good condition. Please examine and enlarge all pictures as they are an essential part of the description.
