9. If your purchase is being forwarded from a US address to another country,( and you are NOT using the Global shipping), Please Note: I and Ebay and the USPS ( with insurance) can make any adjustments within this country.
10. If you do not OPT for insurance on any package, there is nothing you can do if it gets damaged, lost or stolen. If you put insurance on a package, you have the ability to make a claim 5 to 7 days after the package arrives, with photographs and keeping all wrappings and merchandise for the USPS to inspect for a refund. I cannot give refunds on packages the USPS or any other system decides to destroy or break.
