| DOA Warranty / Return Policy You must contact us within 30 days of Shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee for any non-defective returns. If it passes our testing we will charge a 15% restocking fee and will not refund your shipping. If we made an error, we'll fix it. Depending on the item, we may exchange, replace, or issue a refund after the item is returned. Sometimes we may request pictures or other information to expedite the process.
