While living as a delivery shop in the town chosen as a new residence, osono-san of the bakery where he lives and boy dragonfly who yearns to fly in the sky, etc., through encounters with various people, and draw the appearance which grows up as a person as a witch while being depressed.
the story begins when he travels to training, but in that longer scene, he immediately pulls this place into the movie. Then, Yumi Arai's ""Rouge Message"" flows from the radio with the broom and the switch is turned on, and the title finally appears. The timing is stunning.
