Alexander Sanderson Designs presents the first of a collection of three dolls, dressed as historical Queens.

Queen Anne Boleyn is an 18" bisque porcelain doll, dressed in historical costume based upon the "Moost Happi" Medal and the Nidd Hall portrait.

An original costume design, crafted from black cotton-velvet, flock taffeta, embroidered taffeta, lace, pearl trim and diamante embellishments.

Her face and upper torso/arms have been re-painted to create a portrait doll of the tragic second wife of King Henry VIII.

She comes with her own original stand.

All dolls are dressed using traditional costuming techniques (where possible) but in miniature. Each doll generally takes several days to dress and are highly detailed.

See our other listings for other dolls & puppets from Alexander Sanderson Designs.
