Broad-leaved mustard - Amsoi Swatow 

Latin name: Brassica juncea var. rugosa rugosa 

It is an annual vegetable originated to China. 
Its crunchy leaf stalks resemble to Pak Choi, but its green leaves have mustard-like, spicy taste that reminiscent of leaf mustard. 
Its young leaves can be used for salads. Older leaves can be steamed, cooked in a wok or used as vegetables.
