a cool, early,  silver age SPIDER-MAN—stan lee & steve ditko (his last work on this title!) and spidey, all at their best!

this copy is very bright, colorful, flat, square, w/good gloss.  it starts as a FN/VF copy—the only obvious wear is a little in the upper left corner, on the perimeter. also, a hard to see, very thin, horizontal blemish, kind of a very thin hint of cover loss.  overall this book has very strong "eye appeal!"

but the original owner unnecessarily taped the spine (the spine is fine), probably a pre-emptive attempt to protect it over the coming years.  the tape is thinner on the front cover; wider and more visible (due to the white background) on the back cover

very nice interior; lighter off-white pgs!  (no fraying or flaking).  the inside, and everything about this copy, is "supple" and nice.  it's quite sharp, with just that little bit of wear in the upper left corner on the perimeter, and the tape
