This is a used surplus firefighter item. It has some dust and heavy wear all over but for sure on the straps, but no major damage. There are several firefighter related items still attached but nothing is tested and sold as is. It looks like it can accommodate at max a 6-1/2" tank or 7" but can also hold the small ones too.
