Vintage figure Steve The Tramp. Belongs to series released in 1990 in the Dick Tracy cast "Coppers and Gangsters".  
Undoubtedly a very well preserved figure for a new keeper to enjoy or add to your collection.
Condition Details: 
Figure in excellent condition considering the time of the figure out of its original packaging. Tiny marks on the fingers that you can see in the pictures.  

It is a figure that I have owned since my childhood. It has been quite well preserved. Great piece for fans or collector of these figures.
