In incredible 1 piece solid quilt maple front and back. The pick ups are Dunkins and sounds and plays increadible with low shredding action. I am  the 2nd ower and bought this guitar 12 years ago. It's in excellent cond. No big dings or scratches. Comes with a Valley Arts orig case.I added a 20db boost built in that really opens up the sound. By far the best super strat I've ever played
