The
reason for the superior performance of Diamond Strop Polycrystalline
Suspension results in Diamond Strops unique structure of its high
concentration of diamond particles. Diamond Strop contains up to several
thousand particles less than 0.01 μm in size bonded together in a
random structure. This random structure gives Diamond Strop
Polycrystalline Suspension toughness in all directions resulting in
uniform abrasion of the knife edge regardless of orientation offering
the user effortless mirror finishes while preserving razor sharp cutting
edges.
HopStrop
kangaroo leather strops are made in Australia and feature premium
natural Australian veg tan kangaroo hide. The leather is adhered to 6mm
6060 T5
aluminium blanks that eliminate bow and twist. HopStrop is designed for
guided sharpening systems like the Hapstone, TSProf, Edge Pro,
Jende JIGS and any other system that utilises the 150mm x 25mm or 6" x 1" holder.
The hide has a low fat content with a very thin
grain layer. This makes the leather very strong and provides a hard
stropping surface. This is great for sharpening and polishing knives as
it does not over convex the bevel.
The natural leather works
great with our Diamond Strop Polycrystalline Suspension. Put
these two together and you will achieve a stunning mirror finish and
razor sharp edge.
*HOW TO USE DIAMOND STROP POLYCRYSTALLINE SUSPENSION*
-Diamond Strop Polycrystalline Suspension can be used with any strop made of leather, balsa, or nano cloth
-Shake bottle first
-Gently pump the desired amount of suspension on your stropping medium
-Use your finger to spread the suspension evenly over the surface of your strop
-Wait for the suspension to dry
-If using a brand new strop repeat this process once more
-Your strop is now ready to use
-For consistent performance Diamond Strop Polycrystalline Suspension requires re-application
