Model 94078. Beautiful saddle shoe design with a pink kiltie tassel. Nicely cushioned footbed. 

In good pre-owned condition. Some light scuffing and creasing, applicable to a shoe of this age. 

Has metal/rubber spikes that will need to be replaced. Made in the USA.
