Shipping & Handling – Our handling time is THREE BUSINESS DAYS. We ship packages Monday – Friday, except for holidays.

Free Shipping – Shipping is included in the price for our customers in Canada and the USA.

USA Buyers -- Don't worry about duty! There are no import duties or customs charges unless your order is valued at more than $800 USD. Also, we often ship our items to the USA using Chit Chats Express (a reliable delivery service) which allows us to use USA shipping methods such as USPS Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, Parcel Select, and Media Mail. We drop our packages off at Chit Chats Express and they take care of clearing customs and handing off our packages to carriers such as USPS who handle the final delivery to you.
