Since 1. January 2024 the Netherlands Post has changed its shipping prices. To avoid a complicated shipping fee list, I adjust the shipping fee in each of my offers. My shipping fees are not the original prices of the Netherlands Post, they also include the eBay fee of ca. 15% and office & shipping material.
I ship most of the items with tracking code & insured up to 50 Euro, 100 Euro or 500 Euro, depending on the article price.
In case of loss or damage you'll receive back the article price and also the shipping fee.
Doll clothes up to 30,00 Euro will be shipped in an untracked letter (without insurance). Please note: When untracked letters disappear, there's no possibility to find them back, I also can't send a complaint to the post because of letters, this is not possible. There is no refund for articles shipped in letters.
Doll clothes up to 50,00 Euro and small breakable items like accessories up to 30,00 Euro will be shipped in a small letterbox with tracking code (without insurance). When a small tracked parcel is not arriving, I can send an inquiry to the post, but there is only refund for the shipping fee in case of loss, but not for the article price.
Postal service is at the buyers own risk. I'm not responsible for loss or damage on the postal way. All articles will be packed safely, but over the treatment by the deliverer I don't have any control! I only ship with the Netherlands Post, it's in my neighborhood and I walk ( climate friendly ;-) to bring the parcels and letters away. Please don't ask for shipping with other companies. I keep your tracking in my eyes until the article is delivered. If something unusual happens, I will keep you informed.
You can give articles back, but only when they are not as described. In this case, please contact me via normal message. It's easier to clear things up via messages because I'm living in the Netherlands, but have my shop on eBay Germany. I can't use the german return system with automatic return labels. In case of a return I will do everything personally with you and send back the money via the eBay payment system.
Please note: When I pay you back in a case of a return or damage / loss, it's not eBay, Pay Pal or your credit card bank which gives back the money. The seller itself has to pay back and has lost then in worst case the article, the earned money and has completely payed your shipping fee, too. This can be a problem for a small seller, that's why I meanwhile ship most of the items insured. Please don't misuse the possibility of receiving back money. It's either a lot of work for the seller with the post & insurance until money comes back, or the seller looses, as described above.
You can combine every article I offer to safe shipping costs.
Shipping fees for multiple purchases can be different because of size and weight. So if you like to buy more than one article, there are two possibilities: You buy each article, but you don't go through the payment process. I will send your personal bill with the combined shipping fee, then you can pay. Or: you buy each article as you always do and pay the total amount inclusive all shipping fees. When I have your parcel ready, I immediately pay back the overpaid amount through the ebay payment system. For combined shipping of many or bigger articles it's always good to check the shipping fee to your country with me before you buy.
I describe each article with many photos and I leave them as they are, nothing is redone with filters or retouched. I want to let you see the vintage doll items as they really are. I do not hide flaws, damages or unattractive parts. Please look carefully at the pictures to be sure if the article fits your personal requirements and needs. Photos are a part of the description. My text gives an overview over issues and little things the article has - but like anybody else, I can oversee or forget something while working or make a mistake. I don't work with AI (Artificial Intelligence). If you see a mistake in my listings, don't hesitate to contact me.
Informations are given in all conscience, but I can be wrong without knowing it. You can always ask for more photos or send a question if you are not sure with something. All rights are reserved to the owners of company, brand or product names. I only use them as quality description. I sell only second hand items and each article is sold "as it is". On second hand articles is no guarantee and I can't replace them.
I will always leave a comment for you. If you are satisfied or even very happy over your purchase, I would be glad if you leave a positive comment on the eBay platform for me, too. If you should be unhappy or unsatisfied with an article you received from me, please talk to me first instead of giving a negative comment directly. I would also like to avoid cases. Negative comments or an open case leads to none or only minor selling for the seller. If something should get difficult, there's also the possibility to call the eBay customer service and hear what they say to the individual problem. There's always a solution.
For buyers from the Netherlands
Inland shipping with track & trace is 9,00 Euro for parcels up to 10 kg.
Inland "brievenbuspakjes" are 5,50 Euro up to 100 g. Inland letters up to 20 g are 2,00 Euro.
You pay the shipping fee for the European Union and I pay back the overpaid amount.
You can also pick up your article at my place in Apeldoorn, but it has to be paid via eBay before.
