Fickle Moon Boutique attempts to accurately describe each item through description and photos.  We do not use stock photos from the company; we take photos of the actual products that we have listed.  The only exception is if we have multiple quantities of the same product listed; only one will be featured in the listing photos.

Shipping & Payments

o  PayPal is accepted as form of payment.

o  We do not ship to PO Boxes

o  International shipping is available through Ebay's Global Shipping Program.  Please reference list of qualifying countries on Shipping & Payments Tab.

Claims

  In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, there are several steps that must be followed before a refund can be issued.  The buyer is required to contact me within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.  All of the original packing material and boxes must be retained.  I cannot process refunds or issue shipping claims without the original packing material which includes boxes and packing paper.  I will need pictures of the damaged item.  If the shipping box is damaged I will also need pictures of all four sides of the box, top and bottom and the packing materials to include with the shipping claim.   Please email the pictures with a description of the damage.
