This is a NEW Hello Kitty ( by MAC) full size powder brush. Of note, the Hello Kitty line has been discontinued by M.A.C. for a number of years, but they still make & sell a similar model under the MAC brand name.

It is a large, full circular brush used for the lightweight application and blending of loose face powders.

It is made from a soft blend of synthetic fibers.

M·A·C professional brushes are hand-sculpted and assembled using the finest quality materials.

Someone recently advised me that this could be NOT an authentic M.A.C. item, so I have cut the asking price in half! ( just in case).

Comes in its original sleeve.
